To All NRA Volunteers and Members,
This is your association. I mean that directly, literally and humbly. I work for you, as do all of the NRA's employees. It is important to say that out loud because this association of millions of freedom-loving Americans is only as strong as your support. So, I want to begin this open letter by especially saying thank you to all the NRA's thousands of volunteers. Many of you stood with us through the last five years. Many of you have come back. You are the soul of this critical association.
This is your NRA again. We have new leadership. We have an outside auditor, an internal financial services department and we just elected a chief compliance officer. This is a new position and he has his own auditor. Two of those positions don't report to me. This gives us three layers of accounting! We also have an ironclad whistleblower policy.
This is NRA 2.0. If you're a member, you can contact us with any questions, issues or if you have the time to help. You will hear back from the applicable division promptly, because again, we work for you. This is your association.
And we need you now more than ever. This is a critical election year. Our freedom will effectively be on the ballot November 5.

The USA needs a strong NRA. Even in our worst five-year period, we won two U.S. Supreme Court cases, which were funded entirely by the NRA, and we lead the effort to have 29 constitutional-carry states! I'm committed to fighting hard every day because I believe in the cause and I know you feel the same.
