These two Walker Colts are Italian reproductions used by Tex to win End of Trail and numerous other SASS matches.

As one of the founders of Cowboy Action Shooting and the Single Action Shooting Society, Tex is the collective consciousness of the hobby as the publisher and editor of the monthly Cowboy Chronicle.

They represent only a small part of the historic tribute to cowboys on display in the National Firearms Museum's William B. Ruger Gallery in an exhibit entitled "Guns West!" which has been extended to the remainder of 2009.
